Overall, it was a good way to tour the city. Buses were quite regular and punctual. However, the only major problem is the redemption of the prepaid ticket. We paid for 2 tickets via online. However, we had to queue for over 1 hour (same line with those that are purchasing tickets) to redeem the actual ticket for the bus. Would suggest that prepaid tickets should have a separate queue to redeem the tickets. Otherwise, what is the point of prepaying for your ticket?( + see more)
