The city of Lujan is located just 42 miles (68 Km) north west of the City of Buenos Aires and is best known for its large and impressive neo-gothic Basilica built in honour of the Virgin of Lujan, the patron saint of Argentina. Meals and refreshments are not included in the price. However visitors are allowed to bring their own drinks and snacks to the zoo, or have the option of buying lunch at the restaurant inside the Zoo.
