1.5 We shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other tourist operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of any suspicions regarding your identity and any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity realized from BsAs4U website.
1.6 BsAs4U may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review our Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made. If you continue using BsAs4U.com after new changes are published, it means you agree to be legally bound to these terms as updated and/or amended.

DATA AND PRIVACY: The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on your behalf or on behalf of those you gift to) will be encrypted and stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which the details that you provide in our site might be passed to a third party, unless it is required by the relevant authority to satisfy any applicable law, legal process, governmental request, as well as to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues.
4. SUPPLY OF THE SERVICES: The services offered in this website are not under the property of BsAs4U, which means that all tours and activities offered in our products catalogue are delivered by local tourist operators and are under their responsibility to be properly authorized under the Argentine Tourism Office and/or the Government of Buenos Aires legislation. BsAs4U acts as a reseller of local tourist providers, therefore we confirm that once the customer has made their purchase and the provider has been notified, the provider is responsible for delivering the service to the respective customer(s).
5. CONTACT: We will contact you only in the ways you will request in order to communicate you any update related to the services you have booked. We will not email you at all for other commercial or marketing purposes without your permission.
6. QUALITY: We have carefully selected the local tourist operators who provide the tours and attractions in Buenos Aires and we try to contract only those who fulfill our quality standards and requirements, therefore we are confident that the service you will receive will fulfill your expectations; nevertheless, BsAs4U is not responsible for the quality of the services you book through our website, as well as for any damage, failure, or breach caused by any third party before, during and after the service. If you have a problem with the tourist operator or you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us and let us know your case in order to maintain our quality level.
8. MODIFICATIONS OR AMENDMENTS: All requests for modifications or amendments regarding the tours or activities that have already been bought, must be directed to BsAs4U Customer Service who will process the request under the following conditions:
8.1 The modification request should be sent to BsAs4U Customer Services at least three (3) days before the original booked date.
8.2 BsAs4U does not charge any extra fee to amend or change the dates of any activity you have already purchased, unless the providers change its rates for the new requested date.
8.3 The first 2 amendments or modifications are free of charge, but then the third and any following change you would like to make will have an extra charge of $25.00.
8.4 If for any reason you request a date change within less than three (3) days from the original date selected, BsAs4U will attempt to deal with your request; nevertheless, last minute changes may include an additional fee.
8.5 It is not possible to change or modify the date of any special event once your purchase is confirmed. Tickets booked for activities such as football games, theater plays or concert show tickets cannot be modified or refunded as these activities are not regular and belong to a specific calendar scheduled by the organizers and tickets are booked in a final sale.
8.6 Requests for date changes and amendments to the regular products, services and activities offered in our catalogue are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; BsAs4U cannot guarantee any date-change request.
8.7 Any special offer, discount or promotional code offered before or during the BsAs4U checkout process could be affected if you would like to make future changes or amendments after the purchase process is complete. BsAs4U reserves the right to invalidate your discount or special-offer pricing if you make any changes to any confirmed itinerary.
8.1 The modification request should be sent to BsAs4U Customer Services at least three (3) days before the original booked date.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Please remember that BsAs4U will not refund your money once the activity, service or tour has started under any circumstances and that by canceling any of the tours or activities you are subjected to the conditions explained below:
9.1 Exceptions; Entrance tickets to Football Games and other sport games, Events, Attractions, Theater plays, Live Concerts or special Shows, Gift Certificates or any other Coupon ticket are not refundable at all.
9.2 Customers will receive a full refund (100%) of the total product price (without the online transaction fee) only if you cancel 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled date.
9.3 50% of the total product price will be refunded if you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days before the scheduled date.
9.4 Refunds will not apply if you cancel within 2 calendar days of the scheduled date or if you don't show up at the specified date and location without previously notifying the BsAS4U customer service.
9.5 All refunds are based on the net price of the product, which means that any tax, fee or commission such as the VAT or the 5% online payment fee paid by the customer during the checkout process will not be included in the refunded amount. We will notify you at the contact details you provided during the checkout about the total cancellation fees that apply to your request and the final amount to be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.6 The refunds will be realized through the same method we received payment. If for any reason the credit card refund can't be performed, refunds will be delivered through a bank transfer, Western Union or cash. This last option is available only assuming that you will be in Buenos Aires 30 days after the date of your original payment and would like to pick up the refunded money from our offices.
9.7 The refund process in BsAS4U won't take more than 48 hours to be approved. However, the money is delivered under the rules of the payment processors and the respective banks or financial entities involved in the process. The time to receive your refunded payment in your bank account can vary depending on the refund method and third party policies for this reason, BsAS4U is not responsible for any delay or waiting time in receiving your funds after the refund order has been sent.
9.8 BsAs4U will not assume any fees that will be charged by the banks or the corresponding entity for the refund or delivery of the money. Delivery fees are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

10. PRICING: BsAs4U pricing policies depend on our providers policies and demands and are determined by the following conditions:
10.1 All prices listed on BsAs4U.com products catalogue are per person unless otherwise specified.
10.2 All our prices in the products catalogue already include VAT.
10.3 All the prices of products and services in BsAs4U are stated regarding the tour operators’ pricing catalogue and policies.
10.4 You can see the prices in BsAs4U products catalogue in the currency of your preference but the payment must be realized only in Dollars, Euros or GBP at the exchange rate of the day. Please remember that price quotations are subject to change without notice, until the transaction has been confirmed.
10.5 Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the prices do not include any additional fees or taxes that could be charged to complete the service such as local taxes, user fees, security, port charges, parking fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax for example. BsAs4U tries to provide all the information you need to easily enjoy the activity you choose, however, in case of further questions or doubts regarding this subject, please feel free to contact us or to contact the service provider directly to confirm that you won't have to pay additional fees when consuming the service.
10.6 Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; items of a personal nature and beverages or food unless it is specifically listed in BsAs4U product description page.
10.1 All prices listed on BsAs4U.com products catalogue are per person unless otherwise specified.

11. PAYMENTS: BsAs4U accepts online payments with the following international credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express as well as credit card, Paypal payments and Paypal transfers.
11.1 Full payment by credit card is required to make any booking in BsAs4u. The payment will be listed as BsAs4U on the credit card statement.
11.2 The online payments realized in BsAs4U are executed in a secure environment offered by our online payment merchant providers. The data you will provide in our site is encrypted by our third party online merchant provider and will be used only under customer's approval.
11.3 BsAs4U is not responsible under any circumstances for any improper use of your Credit Card, online banking accounts or any other method utilized to make online payments in BsAS4u.
11.1 Full payment by credit card is required to make any booking in BsAs4u. The payment will be listed as BsAs4U on the credit card statement.
11.2 The online payments realized in BsAs4U are executed in a secure environment offered by our online payment merchant providers. The data you will provide in our site is encrypted by our third party online merchant provider and will be used only under customer's approval.
11.3 BsAs4U is not responsible under any circumstances for any improper use of your Credit Card, online banking accounts or any other method utilized to make online payments in BsAS4u.
12. VOUCHERS: You will receive an email with a payment confirmation from our merchant provider to confirm that the transaction has been successfully done and an email from BsAs4U containing a booking confirmation or voucher for the tour(s), event(s) or service(s) purchased or booked in BsAs4u.
12.1 The booking confirmation is sent by BsAs4U and contains detailed information about the service(s) you have booked and will act as you proof of payment in BsAs4U.
12.2 In order to receive the scheduled activity in BsAs4U from the travel provider, you must print out the voucher and present it directly to the provider or the person in charge of the activity in order to receive the purchased service.
12.3 The voucher will be sent to the email address you have provided at the checkout process. If for any reason you don't have access to your email or you don't have a copy of the booking confirmation, please contact us to receive a new one.
12.4 The voucher must be presented to the appropriate service provider along with a valid photo ID.
12.5 In case the person who receives the service is different not the credit card holder, you should demonstrate parenthood or carry out a signed copy of the ID of the credit card holder. This is for security and identification purposes and to help us avoid fraud.
12.6 After your booking BsAs4U may occasionally require you to present the credit card you have paid with in our website along with another valid photo ID. This helps us to prevent credit-card misuse and online fraud.
12.6 Please note that your BsAs4U Voucher(s) or confirmation can be canceled without a refund if your signature and/or name don’t match those on your credit card or if we perceive any fraudulent or improper activity during the purchase process.
12.1 The booking confirmation is sent by BsAs4U and contains detailed information about the service(s) you have booked and will act as you proof of payment in BsAs4U.
12.2 In order to receive the scheduled activity in BsAs4U from the travel provider, you must print out the voucher and present it directly to the provider or the person in charge of the activity in order to receive the purchased service.
12.3 The voucher will be sent to the email address you have provided at the checkout process. If for any reason you don't have access to your email or you don't have a copy of the booking confirmation, please contact us to receive a new one.
12.4 The voucher must be presented to the appropriate service provider along with a valid photo ID.

Usually these changes are due to modifications in local operators’ schedules; in such cases, we will notify customers via email in order to amend or re-issue the tour or activity where feasible. If you are dissatisfied with the new alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase.

14. INSURANCES AND HELTH REQUIREMENTS: By accepting these terms and conditions before purchasing any of our services BsAs4U assumes that you are aware of your physical and mental condition and limitations as well as that of people who are doing the activity with you. Please note that some of the tours and services offered in the BsAs4U catalogue require a good physical condition and that any health problem or casualty as a result of any activity is the responsibility of the customer and not BsAs4U.
14.1 BsAs4U assumes that you have a full insurance policy that will cover you in case of any eventuality; as a consequence BsAs4U is not responsible for any health issue that may arise before, during or after the booked service.
14.2 Please read the requirements of the tours and activities carefully before purchasing. BsAs4U is not responsible and will not refund your money if any of our tour operators refuse to provide you the requested service because you don’t fulfill the requirements specified in the product description.
14.1 BsAs4U assumes that you have a full insurance policy that will cover you in case of any eventuality; as a consequence BsAs4U is not responsible for any health issue that may arise before, during or after the booked service.
14.2 Please read the requirements of the tours and activities carefully before purchasing. BsAs4U is not responsible and will not refund your money if any of our tour operators refuse to provide you the requested service because you don’t fulfill the requirements specified in the product description.
15. DELIVERY: Due to the nature of the services we sell at BsAs4U, the tours and activities booked and purchased (including Tango shows and bus tours) don't require a ticket to be delivered. Customers will receive a voucher that will be sent to the email address given to us, the voucher includes all the necessary information to receive the booked service on the day and time requested in the booking process as stated in paragraph 12 above (Vouchers). The exceptions to this delivery arrangement are concerts or sport games tickets because for these activities the original entrance ticket needs to be validated at the venue. In these cases, the arrangements for delivering the tickets will be published in the product description.
15.1 Tickets for products such as football tickets, events, shows or concert tickets that we sell at BsAs4U can ONLY be delivered to locations within the boundaries of Buenos Aires City.
15.2 Delivery cost is not included in the product price unless stated in the product description.
15.3.If a ticket is purchased at BsAs4U.com without the delivery option and after the transaction is done the customer changes his/her mind, we accept after sales delivery requests by mail up to 3 days before the scheduled event. In these cases the customer will have to pay the delivery fee in COD (cash on delivery).
15.4 Tickets can be collected from our offices in Buenos Aires from Monday to Friday from 9:00-18:00 and Saturdays from 9:00-13:00. The address and contact details will be sent to the customer via email.
15.5 BsAs4U is depends on the timing and rules of tickets providers, therefore, once the online purchase has been confirmed we reserve the right to deliver the respective ticket(s) even up to a few hours before the event begins. In these circumstances, we will contact the customer via email or telephone to coordinate the closest delivery meeting point.
15.1 Tickets for products such as football tickets, events, shows or concert tickets that we sell at BsAs4U can ONLY be delivered to locations within the boundaries of Buenos Aires City.

16. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITACIONS OF LIABILITY
16.1 Under no circumstances, are BsAs4U, its agents, affiliates, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors liable for any of the following loss or damage (whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) loss suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of BsAs4U.com regardless of the allegation or issue.
16.2 BsAs4U and its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, unexpected event, liability or expense to any person or property due to a mistake by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
16.3 Furthermore, BsAs4U, its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government action, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, problems with any vehicle or form of transportation or for any accident or casualty.
16.4 BsAs4U’s content - including the information, names, images, pictures, logos, prices, dates, and availability regarding or relating to BsAs4U, BsAs4U.com and/or to its service providers, operators and/or distribution partners – is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
16.5 At BsAs4U we check and recheck the details about all the products and services we offer for accuracy. However, BsAs4U does not guarantee that functionality, content or information contained on BsAs4U.com website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that BsAs4U.com or its servers are free of viruses or bugs
16.6 If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditional will remain in effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
16.1 Under no circumstances, are BsAs4U, its agents, affiliates, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors liable for any of the following loss or damage (whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) loss suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of BsAs4U.com regardless of the allegation or issue.
16.2 BsAs4U and its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, unexpected event, liability or expense to any person or property due to a mistake by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
16.3 Furthermore, BsAs4U, its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government action, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, problems with any vehicle or form of transportation or for any accident or casualty.
16.4 BsAs4U’s content - including the information, names, images, pictures, logos, prices, dates, and availability regarding or relating to BsAs4U, BsAs4U.com and/or to its service providers, operators and/or distribution partners – is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
16.5 At BsAs4U we check and recheck the details about all the products and services we offer for accuracy. However, BsAs4U does not guarantee that functionality, content or information contained on BsAs4U.com website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that BsAs4U.com or its servers are free of viruses or bugs
16.6 If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditional will remain in effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
